Maureen “Mo” Lucas (she/her) has been the youth minister at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church since 2014 and works with students in grades six through twelve.

In this work she has planned and led annual mission trips, taught Bible study lessons and youth group sessions, assisted with Confirmation classes, created curricula, curated devotional resources, collaborated with outside parishes and communities, designed a creation care and regenerative farm based mission trip model, and developed special events to help both youth and adults go deeper into their faith. Maureen’s creativity in ministry and willingness to try new things is a huge asset to the St. Peter’s community.

Maureen holds a Certificate in Youth and Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary and is a member of the Episcopal Gathering of Leaders.
